Crystal Healing Session
Crystals are naturally formed through mineral deposits in the earth. They are made from various materials in the earth, some much younger than others. Since nature is organic, there is no specific recipe for the combination of mineral deposits contained in each one. So, they may be classed as the same crystal, however have different appearances in colour. Crystal classification has more to do with the internal structure. Even though some crystals may share the same minerals, they will crystallize out differently. They follow different basic geometric shapes such as: triangles, squares, rectangles, hexagons, rhomboids, parallelograms or trapeziums. Each forms their specific internal crystalline geometry.

Chakra Crystal Options - 7 Major Chakras
Root: Smokey Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Red Tiger's Eye, Obsidian, or Blood Stone
Sacral: Carnelian, or Peach Moonstone
Solar Plexus: Citrine, Tiger's Eye, or Amber
Heart: Rose Quartz, Rhodocrosite, Rhodonite, Amazonite, Malachite, or Unakite
Throat: Blue Lace Agate, Kyanite, or Amazonite
Third Eye: Amethyst, or Sodalite
Crown: Clear Quartz, Moonstone, Labradorite, Amethyst, or Fluorite.
Choose one crystal from each of the above lists, for each of your chakras; they will be placed on your respective chakras.

Choose any crystals from the selection that you like, for whatever reason. You will be drawn to the crystals that your body needs. Each crystal has its own specific host of healing benefits. Trust your intuition and follow your first instincts. Some people like to choose based on visual appearance, others prefer to hover over each crystal to see which appeals to them energetically. There is no right or wrong way to select your crystals.

The short answer is YES!
The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall, gives an in depth explanation of what each crystal is used to treat/help. No matter which service you choose, your Custom or Preselected Crystals, you will receive information on each of the crystals that you have selected.
It will identify:

How are Crystals Formed?
According to Judy Hall, The Crystal Bible "A crystal is a solid body with a geometrically regular shape. Crystals were created as the earth formed and they have continued to metamorphose as the planet itself has changed. Crystals are the earth's DNA, a chemical imprint for evolution. Containing the records of the development of the earth over millions of years. Some crystals have been subjected to great pressure, others have formed in chambers deep underground, some were laid down in layers, others dripped into being-all of which affects their properties and the way they function. Whatever form they take, their crystalline structure can absorb conserve, focus and emit energy, especially on the electromagnetic waveband."
How are Crystals Classified?
While a number of crystals may be formed out of the same mineral or combination of minerals, each type will crystallize out differently. Depending upon how much of each mineral they possess, will determine their appearance. A crystal is built from one of seven possible geometric forms: triangles, squares, rectangles, hexagons, rhomboids parallelograms, or trapeziums. The forms lock together into a number of potential crystal shapes, which have generic names based on their internal geometry. The outer form of the crystal will not necessarily reflect its inner structure.
At the heart of a crystal is the atom and its component parts. An atom is dynamic, consisting of particles rotating around a center in constant motion. So, although a crystal may look outwardly serene, it is actually a seething molecular mass vibrating at a certain frequency. This is what gives a crystal its energy

If you're booking an in person session, then you will select your crystals upon arrival. If you're booking a distance session, then you will be required to pick your crystals in advance and e-mail the choices to kelli.irwin@reikireleases.com

Trouble Picking Your Crystals?
Take the guess work out of it and choose the pre-selected crystal healing session. It narrows the selections down to a smaller number of crystals for each chakra. You may choose 1 crystal for each of the chakras.
What to Expect From a Reiki Crystal Healing?
You may experience vibrations/various sensations in your body, such as: heat, pulsing, vibrations, or as if things are moving inside your body, trembles, or even the flow of healing energy passing through your bodies. You may feel: tired/sleepy during or after your session, an extreme feeling of relaxation and calm, the need to cry and release pent up emotions that you have been holding unnecessarily, or you may feel great joy and happiness. Each session is unique. Everyone experiences something different; even the same person during separate individual sessions, will have a different experience. The best way to describe is that, like WIFI, I get myself 'on-line', then proceed to get YOU 'on-line'. I am merely the conduit/tube through which the healing energy flows. Whatever needs to come through for YOU on that day, will be 'downloaded'. Reiki can heal on a physical, emotional and mental level. More significant injuries/issues, whether physical or emotional, will take more than simply one session to address.
