1-Day x: Part 1 Full Moon & Part 2 New Moon Spiritual Retreat -
A day of healing, connection, reflection, an agenda of spiritual events/ceremonies to deepen your understanding, and further your spiritual expansion/journey.
These events include: Reiki ALL day, outdoor yoga, outdoor sound healing under a beautiful canopy of mature trees, visual meditations. bonfire: release, cleansing, cord cutting, and manifestation ceremony.
This spiritual retreat is designed to help you: further develop your current gifts, expand your consciousness, expose you to various forms of meditation, including breath work and altered states of consciousness. Raise your vibration and release what's weighing you down, with other like-minded souls. Only 4 of the Day’s Events Can Be Purchased Individually. Otherwise it’s a full day package of ALL 6 events at $150.

PART 1: FULL MOON SPIRITUAL RETREAT AGENDA- 12-8 PM

Arrive and set up your outdoor space for yoga and following activities.
12:15 PM
Outdoor yoga under a canopy of trees (please bring your own yoga mat or blanket)
1 PM
Intuitive moving Meditation (Happy for body percussion and I Release control for movement)
1:30 PM
Outdoor Sound bath under a canopy of trees (please bring your own yoga mat, chair, pillow and/or blanket)
3 PM
Learn to clear your own energy field course: Mudras & Mantras
4:45 PM
Learn to spin the POI beginner class (practice set of POI provided)
5:20 PM
FOOD BREAK: (Bring your own bag lunch/dinner that does not require heating or refrigeration OR purchase food from nearby Georgetown food establishments)
6 PM
Handwrite your list of releases on one page and then hand write your list of manifestations on a separate page.
6:30 PM
Fire building, lighting, release and cord cutting ceremony with sage, tobacco, and hand written list of releases & manifestations.
7 PM
Guided visual fire meditation

What To Expect?
Please arrive promptly at 12PM, so that you can set up your space on the grass and we can start on time.
Your practice POI set will be provided for you.
We will take a food break at approximately 5:20pm, however may be a little later.
You’re welcome to purchase food from the local restaurants/grocery stores.
However you will not have a lot of time to run out.
What To Bring?
A yoga mat
Pillow and/or blanket
If not a yoga mat, then a camping chair or lounger chair for the sound bath.
Refillable bottle of water
Your own dinner and snacks, in a cooler that does not need to be heated.
A handwritten list of all the things you’re looking to release from your life (even as far back as childhood)
A second handwritten list of all of the things that you’re giving thanks for manifesting in your life.
Comfortable clothes that allow for free movement.
Warm clothes (with long sleeves) for the evening (ideally clothes that you don’t care if they get sparks/embers on them from the fire.)
Your practice POI set will be provided for you.
